This program is very similar to the 1-1 coaching and is a fast-paced fat loss program where you will be required to submit two measurements and two photos (starting and ending), weekly check ins will be required, and I will also make myself available via google meet if requested for further assistance. You will receive your own personalized macros. The winner (highest fat loss %) will receive their money back. BEST OF LUCK!

This plan provides you with a guide on macros, what app to use, and how to access it and modify it to your specific macronutrient numbers without having to purchase the app, tips and tricks, along with a food list on what to eat. These are custom numbers tailored to your specific goals (cut, maintain). If on a cut, these numbers are recommended to be followed for a maximum of 12 weeks only and will need to be adjusted after to bring you back up to maintenance. No coaching, meal plans, consultation, or 1-1 guidance is included. Please allow a 3-day turnaround for a response (can receive it sooner).

This plan will include weekly macros that will be followed 7 days a week and adjustments will be made if needed. I will also include a macro guide on how to get started and understand the gist of macro tracking along with the app to use for tracking. You do not need to purchase the app to track your macros. We will communicate via my WhatsApp Business chat account, and I will make myself available to you 7 days out of the week for tips, recommendations, and suggestions, in case you get stuck on certain items or have gone above your recommended intake of macros, etc. You will be required to get an initial body composition assessment (please refer to local supplement or gyms nearby). You will also be required to submit initial photos (side, front, back) in your typical gym attire, monthly photos, initial measurements, monthly measurements, and are required to do daily scale weigh ins as a means of self-monitoring your own progress. Pictures and measurements will be submitted prior to starting your fitness journey. This is a 12-week minimum commitment. I will also make myself available via teams in case a virtual meeting/consultation is needed. Please allow a 3-day turnaround for response (can receive sooner)
